For years, people have said that my thinking was wishful. I had even taken to the Huey Louis song “The King of Wishful Thinking”.  About 10 years ago now, Jesus Christ came looking for me in my lounge room one July night. You see, I had made a commitment to Him many years before to give Him my whole heart and He said I would be one of His family. I didn’t keep my side of the promise, but He kept His side and came looking to restore our relationship.

I had fallen away in many areas, but that night He restored me and set me on a journey of discovery with Him. Life has had many ups and downs, but through it all, He has led me ino a much greater undertanding of who He really is, and in particular, what He did for us by dying, rising from the dead and ascending to the right hand of the Father in a Heaven.

I pray that all who read this blog can take a journey with me, as I attempt to unveil the reality of Jesus. It will sound like “wishful thinking”, but it is to the glory of the Father that it is true.
